what is hypno—yoga therapy ?
Movement influences the unconscious mind, and vice versa.
Understanding how your body works is just as powerful as understanding how your mind works. Both are intimately connected and serve as gateways to self-awareness.
The body is not just a vessel — it’s a complex system where emotions, memories, and unconscious patterns are stored. When we engage in mindful movement, we access these deeper layers, creating space for transformation and healing.
Just like the mind, the body carries its own intelligence. Learning to listen to it is a way to reclaim balance, resilience, and clarity — from the inside out.

why combine yoga and hypnotherapy ?
80% of the time, emotions start in the body before reaching the brain.
By combining yoga therapy and hypnotherapy, you can:
• Release both physical and emotional tension
• Achieve deeper and longer-lasting results
what are the benefits?
• A faster improvement in your issue
• A renewed awareness of the body as an ally
• The ability to use both techniques in your everyday life
