different

yoga styles

There isn’t one way to practice yoga—there are many.

Each style offers a different rhythm, a different energy, a different invitation to meet yourself on the mat.

Some days you need softness and stillness, other days movement and fire.

Whether you’re looking to ground, release, activate or simply breathe, each practice meets you exactly where you are.

vinyasa flow

Vinyasa is more a dynamic, breath-led practice that flows from one posture to the next like a moving meditation.

It builds strength, flexibility, and focus while encouraging presence and embodiment.

Each sequence is unique and intelligently crafted to create heat, fluidity, and alignment between body and breath. It’s both energizing and grounding—an ideal practice if you enjoy movement, rhythm, and challenge.

Expect flow, and a deep sense of connection to yourself.

yin yoga

Yin is a slow and meditative practice rooted in stillness.

Postures are held for several minutes, allowing the body to release tension deep within the connective tissues and fascia.

Rather than engaging muscles, we surrender to gravity and observe what arises when we stop doing.

This practice cultivates patience, inner listening, and emotional release. It’s ideal for those seeking rest, depth, or a counterbalance to more dynamic movement.

Expect silence, long holds, and the subtle power of letting go.
