what is trauma—informed yoga ?
A gentle pathway back to balance — through the body.
Trauma-informed yoga therapy is a holistic approach designed to restore harmony between body and mind. It draws on the traditional tools of yoga — postures, breathwork, meditation, and mindful awareness — to support the body’s natural capacity for healing and regulation.
This method recognizes that the body stores tension, stress, and emotional memories. When we move with intention and breathe consciously, we create space to release these imprints — and reconnect with a sense of safety, clarity, and inner strength.
