100h yoga—therapy training
Accredited through Yoga Alliance & Fédération Francophone de Yoga
Discover the 100h Advanced Program – a journey designed for teachers and dedicated practitioners wishing to refine their knowledge and expand their teaching skills with depth and authenticity.
More than an advanced training, this program is an invitation to grow as a practitioner, as a teacher, and as a human being.

why this training ?
An advanced training designed to guide private sessions with accuracy, structure, and awareness.
This training was born from a simple observation: yoga is inherently therapeutic. Every posture, every breath, every intention has a precise impact on the body and the mind.
However, guiding someone in a one-to-one setting cannot be improvised. It requires a refined understanding of the human being as a whole, a clear methodology, and a grounded inner posture.
These 100 hours are the natural continuation of a 200-hour training. They allow you to move from a general teaching of yoga to a targeted, therapeutic application of yogic practices.
TOPICS COVERED
Back pain (from the feet to the head)
Burnout and depressive states
Childhood-related trauma
Stress and anxiety
Digestion and the lymphatic system
The interconnection of the body’s systems
Special emphasis will be placed on understanding the mechanisms underlying uncomfortable states, helping you address the root cause rather than merely the symptoms.

OBJECTIVES
By the end of the 100 hours, you will be able to:
-
Approach a private session with safety and discernment
-
Understand the essential do’s and don’ts of yoga therapy
-
Recognize postural and mental patterns
-
Identify the root issue during the first consultation
-
Conduct a structured and relevant intake (anamnese)
-
Position yourself appropriately within a therapeutic relationship, with clear awareness of your limits
-
Design a complete yoga therapy session tailored to the individual
-
Develop group classes with a therapeutic focus
PEDAGOGICAL APPROACH
The training is based on a holistic body–mind approach.
We will explore:
-
The therapeutic relationship as the foundation for easing and regulation
-
The importance of intake assessment and active listening
-
A clear methodology for building individualized support
-
An introduction to hypnotherapy and adapted visualization techniques

Postures are therapeutic, but the quality of the relationship and the subtlety with which you read your client are equally essential.
PREREQUISITES
This training is intended for teachers who have already received instruction in:
– Yoga philosophy
– Energetics
– Postures (asana)
– Meditation
– Pranayama
These foundations must be integrated in order to explore the therapeutic dimension in depth.
METHODOLOGY
You will learn to give the first meeting its full importance.
The intake assessment becomes the central tool that allows you to understand, structure, and guide your support. From this foundation, you will be able to design coherent, safe, and adapted sessions, both in private settings and in group classes.
This training opens the door to a yoga practice oriented toward global health, grounded in professional ethics, clear boundaries, and responsible guidance.
