Consider the human being as a whole in a thoughtful and gentle approach that works in depth the body and mind for lasting improvements, to set up a lifestyle that leads to well-being.

And it starts with the breath. Relearn to breathe, to optimize your energy, and realign your posture often the cause of blockages.

I will give you tools to find a lasting balance of body and mind and thus a healthy life.

I meet you privately on Zoom or face-to-face. We start with an interview to understand all that characterizes you both physically and physiologically as well as in everyday life.

And then, I set up a series of meetings that goes from 2 to 5 sessions depending on the person.

Each human being is unique and different, the sessions are never the same and always adapted to what you are experiencing in the moment.
