“repose in the pose”.

How about going into a forward bend and staying in it for more than 5 mn while your teacher is guiding you to the universe of your unconscious mind! It sounds absolutely irresistible!

An hour and 30 mn of Yin restore your health, melts away your blockages and transforms your behavior towards yourself and towards others. It is a dream come true.

However, be aware!!! Cultivate patience and be prepared to learn how to SLOW DOWN!
